COSTCO EPPING REFRIGERATION VICTORIA
With sustainability and lower carbon footprint being highly desirable, Costco selected to Go Green with its selection of natural refrigerants using a C02 (Carbon dioxide R744) Transcritical Plant with a secondary Ammonia (NH3) Cooling System. The refrigeration system also incorporates heat recovery and glycol defrosts system for further power consumption reductions.
The installation is one of the largest CO2 Transcritical Supermarket installations in Australia and it is worthy to note that this type of refrigeration system has won awards in refrigeration design. LMOB was privileged to assist in the design process and requirements to ensure customer expectations were met. The company was entrusted with the installation and commissioning of the complete electrical installation.
